This role is a key support position within the finance team, responsible for executing a broad range of accounting, control, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of customer and employee accounts, support month-end closing, assist with inventory controls, and maintain critical financial trackers, all while providing effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- To be involved in entire accounting activities
- Perform customer accounting, posting of payment, monitoring & recon of customers accounts
- Support period – end closing activities, recon & reporting
- Support stock counting activities, inventory controls in coordination with operations
- Track employee advances, deductions, reimbursements & payment requisitions
- Maintain & circulate automated & manual control purpose trackers
- Ensure timely follow-ups & effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualificações
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in reputed company, preferably with FMCG
Habilidades e Experiência
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, etc
- Good managerial and communication skills
- Bilingual (English & Portuguese)
- Willingness to work long hours when needed mainly during month end close
- Other related and relevant professional qualifications
- Process, controls and reporting.
