Main Purpose
- Deliver best practice HR Services to optimize business performance and improve productivity.
- Oversee Origin HR functional excellence by being the custodian of optimized HR processes, updated policies, best practice standards, and integrated systems usage/compliance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate governance minimum standards
- Custodian of accurate HR master data.
- Provide accurate reports and analytics for effective decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Co-create the origin-specific HR Services plan to build HR functional excellence.
- Develop and align policies, taking Regional and local legislation requirements into consideration.
- Develop and implement ways to ensure legislative and governance compliance (HR audits).
- Oversee the HR administration function and ensure accurate employee master data and management of information.
- Provide coaching on how to use HR Systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Coach and oversee line manager competence development of people processes.
- Ensure the availability and accessibility of relevant and accurate HR master data (incl. employee-related data, biometrics, leave, remuneration and reward, and organizational structure data).
- Deliver meaningful and consolidated HR reports with insights and recommendations to improve productivity and reduce wasteful costs.
- Lead initiatives, in conjunction with Regional HR, to drive operational HR administration excellence.
- Effectively utilize and drive the use of automated systems and technology where available
- Support the adoption of HR best practice processes and templates.
- Oversee the coordination of employees’ events e.g. long service awards, off-season function.
- Provide input to wage and salary negotiations and provide meaningful, decision-making information on remuneration.
