• Operate agricultural dumper trucks to transport harvested crops, compost, soil, and other materials

• Conduct daily inspection of vehicles and report faults or irregularities

• Load and unload materials safely following operational procedures

• Ensure proper maintenance of dumper equipment including cleaning and basic checks

• Adhere to farm safety protocols and road safety regulations at all times

• Work closely with harvesting teams, supervisors, and logistics personnel

• Report any mechanical or operational issues to the maintenance team immediately

• Assist with general farm work when required during non-peak hours

We are seeking a skilled and reliable  Dumper Operator to join our operations team in Mozambique. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating dumper trucks to transport agricultural materials, such as harvested crops, soil, and fertilizer, within the farming area and to storage or processing locations. You will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of day-to-day agricultural operations.

• Valid Dumper Operator License

• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating dumpers in agricultural or construction environments

• Sound understanding of dumper operations, safety, and maintenance procedures

• Physically fit and able to work long hours, including weekends during harvest season

• Basic mechanical knowledge for daily equipment checks
