Our Client is a multinational company operating in the Oil&Gas sector.

FUNCTION

Reporting to the socioeconomic division led by the Socioeconomic Development Vice President, the main activities of the position includes to: contribute to capturing bottlenecks, improvement, opportunities, and lessons learned related to stakeholders’ engagement chapter on the SED (Social Economic Development) strategy; elaborate, with the involvement of key internal and external stakeholders, the annual stakeholders engagement plan; deploy the annual stakeholder engagement plan into a 52-week plan, provide training to the executors, control its implementation, report, and correct deviations; manage the stakeholder matrix, ensuring it is updated according to the company guidelines; measure and control the stakeholder’s engagement process through KPI (Key Performance Indicators) (ex: favorability, critical disengagement, and others); draft the monthly socio-political risk assessment and ensure community participation; planning and controlling the grievance mechanism framework ensuring the correct treatment of critical issues; manage community requests and track commitment implementation; review engagement qualitative report and media analysis dashboard; implement process standardization and monitoring over all the functions within the stakeholder engagement plan; identify gaps in implementation activities and programs across sectors and provide synergetic solutions; develop scope of work for consulting, and technical services related to stakeholders’ engagement plans; manage contracts within her/his scope of work as per the company guidelines; review IP (Implementing Partners) reports and provide guidance to achieve the objectives established in the SOW (Scope of Work); keep the institutional memory stored and updated.

Requisitos

  • Master’s degree in social science, communication, and relatives;
  • At least 6 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement plans, with a minimum of 4 years in the extractive industry;
  • Full engagement with Grievance Management System and Framework (IFC Performance Standards);
  • Ability to engage, coordinate and lead cross-cutting teams;
  • Ability to use data and database software effectively and creatively to meet specific goals;
  • Acute awareness of the importance of data integrity and quality control;
  • Working without a constant supervision;
  • PMO skill is required.
