General Description
- Facilitate HSE training sessions and workshops;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate lessons learned into training programs;
- Develop and maintain HSE documentation;
- Promote continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
Work Experience Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in HSE facilitation or training roles.
Education Requirements
- Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field;
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent HSE qualification;
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills;
- Digital fluency with virtual training platforms;
- Certification in facilitation.
