Funções
- Facilities & Property Management: Daily operations, maintenance, preventive systems, asset register
- Security & Risk: Review security, risk assessments, emergency plans
- Fleet & Logistics: Manage fleet, drivers, fuel monitoring, VIP support
- Utilities & Contracts: Monitor usage, procurement, vendor performance
- Sustainability: Implement green practices, reduce energy/water consumption
- Management: Supervise support staff, drivers, caretakers
Requisitos
- Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years in facilities/property management
- 3+ years supervising/coordinating support staff
- Fully bilingual in English and Portuguese
- Experience in asset management and logistics
- Legal entitlement to live and work in Mozambique
