Our client in Tete is looking for File Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Tobacco Sector.
Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain physical and digital files according to internal policies and legal regulations.

Classify, catalog, and index documents to facilitate retrieval and reference.

Ensure confidentiality and security of archived documents.

Implement and monitor storage and filing procedures.

Oversee the digitization of documents and the updating of databases.

Provide support to various departments in locating and using files.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Archival Science, Library Science, Administration, or related field.

Previous experience in file management or similar administrative roles.

Knowledge of document management software and IT tools.
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
