• Business support with database and portfolio maintenance.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports that cover aspects of business performance.
• Ensure the accuracy of information and on-time deliveries.

 

Job Description

 

  • Participate in activities related to finance as and when requested by the financial area.

  • Support in the implementation of key projects.
  • Participate in activities related to finance, whenever requested by the areas.
  • Provide SME (Subject Matter Expert) support.
  • Action the granular tasks required to implement or remediate errors or omissions of the Data Policy and Standards adherence in the team.
  • Confirm that the core data elements are embedded and implemented as a BAU process.
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. 
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage Executives calendars and set up meetings.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with the office supply inventory.
