Responsibilities

Design, plan, and update the menu, including seasonal and special dishes.

Lead and manage the kitchen team, assigning tasks and providing coaching and training.

Ensure the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulation.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
-
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Chinese kitchen operations.

Basic knowledge of international and national cuisine.

Ability to organize kitchen operations and prepare/serve traditional Chinese dishes.

Basic English proficiency.

Mozambican nationality.

Valid passport.
