Prescribe client centricity to Product, Process, and Channels (Branch, Digital, and Relationship) to solution for holistic customer needs at every appropriate engagement, and to bring about superior customer experience in these engagements. Drive objective of dominant position in Business Banking Segment (BAGL definition) business finance and transactional services in all BAGL presence countries. Create a consolidated P&L and BS that provides full visibility of BAGL performance in Business Banking Segment.
Job Description
Accountability: Business Banking Segment Client Centricity:
- Develop and own the implementation of the Business Banking segment strategy for BAGL Business Bank.
- Accountable for true and comprehensive client insights and needs from which to design Product, Process, Channel and Distribution, including relationship models.
- Accountable to prescribe and coordinate the implementation of a simple and consistent service experience across products and channels.
- Accountable Executive for the end-to-end development and coordination of the 2 implementations of CVPs across Product, Process, Channels and Distribution.
- Own the Run, Grow, and Transform agendas for Customer, through Product to Distribution.
- Accountable executive for Business Banking Customer P&L and BS.
Accountability: Distribution
- Provide thought leadership surrounding the intent and performance requirements of the respective Country sales delivery platforms required to deliver on Short Term Planning (STP) forecasts through the alignment of market potential to the delivery channels, considering channel and fulfilment capability capacity and productivity and allocating appropriate performance objectives per delivery channel.
- Develop and agree clear performance criteria with the various Product houses and channels, including Relationship, Branch and Digital.
- Integrate the in-country sales effort across all delivery channels by standardising and aligning the sales strategy, philosophy, execution methodology, and sales processes.
Accountability: Communication:
• Be responsible for Segment awareness of bank-wide products that can and should be utilised by clients.
• Agree changes in Credit Appetite with Sanctioning and communicate this to Sector and Segment in an agreed manner and forum.
• Communicate feedback from Sector and Segment to Sanctioning in agreed manner and forum.
Education
Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
