Job Summary

The Head of Change is a Senior Leadership position responsible for driving the successful delivery of Change initiatives across the Bank.
Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the role will lead the Change Management function and oversee a Team managing diverse Project Portfolios;
This position ensures that all transformation activities ranging from business growth, regulatory and technology-driven projects are aligned with the Bank’s strategic objectives and will foster a high-performance Culture, ensure effective Stakeholder Engagement, and promote disciplined Project Governance and delivery standards across the organization.

Job Description

Programme and Portfolio Management:

  • Oversee the delivery of major programmes and project portfolios, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope. Establish and maintain a central Portfolio Management with best-in-class project governance frameworks, tools, and standards;

Change Delivery and Benefits Realization:

  • Ensure all initiatives deliver measurable business benefits and are embedded into the organization’s operations. Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across programmes to ensure strategic alignment and operational integrity;

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Engage with senior executives and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on change initiatives. Champion transparent communication strategies to maintain awareness and buy-in across all levels of the Bank;

Team Leadership and Capability Building:

  •  Lead, mentor, and develop a Team of change managers, project managers, and analysts. Build internal capacity to deliver change and reduce reliance on external consultants over time;

Governance and Compliance:

  • Ensure that change initiatives adhere to all internal control, governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks. Work closely with Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to manage risk exposure in change activities;
  • Manage relationship with vendors who support our project execution and perform periodic contract review to guarantee that the managed service / outsourced service still serves as per change expectation;
  • Mange relationship with group and guarantee that the services provided by group meets business requirement;
  • Devising and establishing change policies, standards and procedures and guarantee adoption of controls to guarantee compliance of the same;
  • Analyze business requirements and provide the right solution;
  • Manage overall cost and budget of book of work expense for the entire Bank;
  • Manage performance objectives of the department, cascade and guarantee delivery of the performance objectives on a yearly basis;
  • Implement measures to promote innovation within the Team;
  • Guarantee periodic payments to vendors to avoid disruption to service or late fees;
  • Manage relationship with all support functions and business;

Education

Master’s Degree: Information Technology
