Job Summary

The Head of Financial Crime Compliance is responsible for the strategic oversight and management of the bank’s financial crime compliance program. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive policies and procedures to prevent and detect financial crimes, including money laundering, fraud, and terrorist financing. The Head of Financial Crime Compliance conducts high-level risk assessments, ensures alignment with regulatory requirements, and oversees the entire financial crime compliance framework. They collaborate with senior management, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies to address financial crime risks and ensure robust compliance. Additionally, this role involves leading and mentoring a team of compliance professionals, providing
strategic guidance and ensuring effective training and awareness programs. The Head of Financial Crime Compliance reports directly to the Chief Compliance Officer, offering strategic insights and updates on financial crime compliance matters. This position requires a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex compliance challenges while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

 

Job Description
