CBE Southern Africa pretends to recruit Heavy Earthmoving Equipment Mechanics to perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing of heavy earthmoving equipment to ensure optimal performance, safety, and minimal downtime in support of company’s operations.

Funções

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy earthmoving machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, graders, wheel loaders, dump trucks, and cranes;
• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules, including lubrication, oil changes, filter replacements, and adjustments;
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems;
  Carry out component overhauls (engines, transmissions, final drives, hydraulic pumps, etc.);
• Maintain accurate service records and report major issues to supervisors;
• Ensure all repairs comply with safety and quality standards;
• Respond promptly to breakdowns in the field to minimize operational downtime.

Requisitos

• English and Basic Portuguese;
• Mechanical back round Diesel/Heavy Earthmoving equipment Mechanic (Large Mining Shovel 6090/6060/6030, Large wheel loader 994/993, OHT 797/793);
• Minimum 8 years of experience post apprenticeship/learnership;
• Failure report writing skills;
• Advance Cat Certification and DPC level 2 training;
• Most be team player and willing to work long hour if needed/ Contops;
• Understanding the service work order process, Attention to details, business and financial acumen;
• Influence and negotiation skills.
