Our Client is a prestigious company operating in the oil and gas sector. As a result of its growth, it intends to recruit:

FUNCTION

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the Human Resources Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR Services Department, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. The role involves performing a wide range of administrative duties, including preparing and formatting employment contracts, letters, and memos, as well as maintaining up-to-date physical and electronic employee records. The incumbent will support the onboarding of new hires by preparing documentation and scheduling induction sessions, and assist with the offboarding process by issuing work certificates and departure documents. Responsibilities also include updating and maintaining employee leave, attendance, and timesheet data; supporting benefits administration by coordinating enrolment processes for employees and dependents; initiating the creation of UNISOL/SAP accounts and purchase requisitions for the HR Department and vendors; assisting with payment requests, contract monitoring, and issuing service completion certificates to facilitate invoice settlements. Additionally, the role entails coordinating HR events and meetings, managing calendars, drafting minutes, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all HR administrative operations. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, organised, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion while meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Requisitos

  • Completed Grade 12 or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative or HR support roles;
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Experience with SAP or UNISOL systems will be an advantage;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (oral and written);
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills;
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity;
  • Proactive attitude and attention to detail;
  • Team spirit and ability to perform under pressure;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to accuracy;
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately;
  • Immediate availability will be considered an advantage;
  • Nationality Mozambican.
