Human Resources support professional responsible for administrative tasks, employee record management, and recruitment and onboarding support, contributing to operational efficiency and a positive work environment.
Responsabilidades
- Administrative Support:
- Manage employee records, process documentation, and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Recruitment Support:
- Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and prepare offer letters
- Onboarding:
- Lead the integration of new employees, ensuring they receive the resources, guidance, and access necessary to begin their roles
- Employee Relations:,
- Act as a point of contact for questions about benefits, policies, and payroll
- Compliance:
- Assist in compliance with labor laws and internal policies, promoting an ethical and safe work environment.
Qualificações
- Proficient in Mozambican labor law and other national labor legislation.
Habilidades e Experiência
- Technical Skills: proficiency in HR systems, Excel, and data management tools
- Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and managers
- Organization: ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple demands, and attention to detail
