Our client in Pemba, is looking for an HR Assistant to join their team for a job vacancy within the Management Consulting.

 Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation.
  • Support in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and prepare reports for client and internal HR needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, labour regulations and experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
