Our client in Pemba, is looking for an HR Assistant to join their team for a job vacancy within the Management Consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation.
- Support in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and prepare reports for client and internal HR needs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, labour regulations and experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
