Job Title: HR Assistant
Work Location: Maputo
Working Hours :08:00 – 17:00,with a two-hour lunch break at noon.
Key Responsibilities
1、Assist with recruitment, offer preparation, onboarding, employment contract signing, and employee file management.
2、Maintain employee records, attendance data, leave records, overtime records, and other HR-related information.
3、Support monthly payroll preparation by collecting and checking attendance and payroll-related data.
4、Assist with employee accident insurance updates, INSS data collection, report preparation, system registration, and payment follow-up.
5、Support employment contract renewal, termination, resignation procedures, and handover document filing.
6、Assist with candidate communication, interview scheduling, employee discipline documentation, and HR documents required for labour inspections.
7、Complete other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the HR Supervisor or company management.
Requirements
1、Experience in HR, administration, attendance management, payroll support, or employee file management is preferred.
2、Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to prepare basic forms, records, and reports.
3、Detail-oriented, responsible, well-organized, and able to handle confidential employee information properly.
4、Knowledge of Mozambique INSS, employment contracts, labour procedures, or local HR compliance is preferred.
5、English can be used as the working language; Portuguese communication ability is preferred.
