CBE Southern Africa is looking for an HR & Immigration Specialist is.The professional have responsible to managing the intersection of human resources functions and immigration compliance within an organization and ensure that the company adheres to all relevant immigration laws and regulations while facilitating the hiring, transfer, and retention of foreign national employees.

Funções

• Under the supervision of the Senior HR Manager, assist with the provision of support to managers and employees on a range of HR Immigration issues and procedures to ensure a comprehensive service is provided;
• Act as the first point of contact for queries and provide administrative support to day to-day operational activities within the Immigration Team.
• Provide first line immigration support in conjunction with the Senior HR Manager, frequently interacting with employees and problem solving/escalating queries following clearly defined processes;
• To update Work Visas and Immigration information on the Project HR web pages and any other web pages as required. This will include dealing with members of the general public (SENAMI/MITESS),
• members of staff, potential employees and external organizations;
  Prepare Work Contracts and maintain manual and computerized HR records.
• Assist with the preparation for any Immigration audits.
• undertake general Admin duties such etc.
• Any other appropriate duties as may be required.;

Requisitos

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a Human Resources related
• Strong interest in Immigration, Human Resources or People Operations;
• Minimum 5 Years Previously related experience and preferable more than 10 Years Experience;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Possess a proactive approach to accomplishing work and demonstrate the flexibility to meet business needs with a focus on achieving results;
• Comfortable solving complex problems while navigating ambiguity;
• Fluent in English (Mandatory)
