As an HR Outsourcing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in managing and executing payroll processes for our clients, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and full compliance with legal and contractual requirements. This role is essential to delivering high-quality outsourced HR services in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilities

  • Lead and supervise the HR Outsourcing team, ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of services to clients;
  •  Manage working relationships with clients, fostering a collaborative environment and effectively resolving conflicts;
  • Process and validate clients’ monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with current labor and tax legislation;
  • Prepare and submit mandatory declarations (INSS, IRPS, and others);
  • Generate and validate payroll reports, payslips, and other required documents;
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and legal obligations;
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all information handled within the scope of the role.

Qualification For The Position

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Postgraduate studies or an MBA in Human Resources Management is an advantage;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR team management, preferably with a focus on payroll services;
  • Proven experience in supervising payroll processes and ensuring compliance with labor regulations;
  • Proficiency in payroll management systems and HR software;
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and compliance regulations;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory requirement);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop the HR Outsourcing team, promoting effective communication and alignment with company objectives.
  • Ability to identify and resolve payroll and labor issues, making quick and effective decisions in conflict situations.
  • Skill in managing multiple tasks and deadlines with organization, as well as planning and implementing continuous improvements in payroll processes.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with the team and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
