JOB INFORMATION
- Work Location: Maputo
- Industry: construction and Engineering
- Education: Degree or technical training in HSE, Safety Engineering, or equivalent, Certified as a Senior Safety Technician (Level IV or VI)
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
- Salary and Allowances: Gross Monthly Salary, Transport and Meal Allowances

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Integration into the team and the QASST-IMS process, acting as the person responsible for ensuring that everyone who is directly or indirectly under the Company’s responsibility complies with applicable legislation and internal policies on health, safety and environment.
- Act as the person responsible for managing the QASST-IMS process
- Prepare and update the Health and Safety Plan
- Carry out regular inspections on site, issue reports, and propose and implement improvements and corrective actions
- Coordinate safety training for the entire team and subcontractors
- Investigate incidents, report causes, and propose and implement improvements and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations
