We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, specializing in end-to-end recruitment and the management of external workforce solutions. You will be responsible for delivering top talent while ensuring seamless integration of outsourced HR functions
Responsabilidades
- Ensure all outsourced arrangements adhere to legal standards, labor regulations, and data protection laws
- Collaborate with clients to define hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure quality hireChampion a positive and professional candidate experience from application to offer
- Oversee outsourced HR functions, including payroll administration, contract staffing, and regulatory compliance
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, third-party providers, and contracted staff to ensure smooth operations
- Manage the end-to-end process for foreign/overseas hiring
- Support business development by identifying client acquisition opportunities and promoting company services to prospective customers
- Provide expert guidance on disciplinary processes, labor law, and policy compliance to mitigate risk
Qualificações
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and current HR best practices
- Language: High proficiency in English is crucial
- Work Style: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
