Good Neighbors Mozambique is looking for an Internship candidate to support the Sponsorship Services Department (SSD) during the Annual Progress Report (APR) period.

Job Purpose

  • Assist with receiving and supporting children at the Head Office (HO) during the APR period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sponsorship Services team in assisting and receiving sponsored children at the Head Office (HO) during the Annual Progress Report (APR) period.
  • Contact sponsored children who are currently residing outside their respective CDPs and coordinate with them to facilitate their attendance at the HO for APR-related activities.
  • Assist in completing the children’s Annual Progress Reports, ensuring that all required information is accurately recorded.
  • Support the collection and organization of the required photographs and videos for each child’s annual report.
  • Ensure that all collected information, photos, and videos are properly organized and submitted according to the APR requirements and established deadlines.
  • Provide general administrative and logistical support to the team throughout the APR implementation period.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of Grade 12 (12th grade) completed.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in common user applications.
  • Familiarity with the use and handling of smartphones.
  • Basic knowledge of English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and support field and office activities.
