Our client in Beira is looking for IT Support Engineer to join their team for a job vacancy within the Consulting Sector.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, operating systems, and applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Support and monitor IT infrastructure, networks, and security systems, assisting in troubleshooting and prevention.
- Manage support tickets and documentation, working independently and in collaboration with the IT team.
Requirements
- Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Hands-on knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and information security.
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and a proactive, well-organized approach
