Eligibility Criteria
- Complete Helpdesk Support (L1/L2) for hardware, software, printers, and users
- Remote Support (RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.)
- Server Administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, user management)
- Networking Support (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
- Backup & Restoration monitoring and recovery
- Microsoft 365 Support (Exchange, Outlook, mailbox setup, license/user management)
- Google Workspace Support (Gmail, Drive, user management)
- Email Setup & Migration Support (IMAP/Exchange)
- Firewall & VPN Basic Support (VPN configuration/troubleshooting, rule basics – Fortinet/Sophos/Cisco)
- Attendance Machine / Biometric Device Support
- IT Inventory & Asset Tracking
