IT TECHNICIAN
JOB INFORMATION
- Work Location: Maputo
- Industry: Fcmg
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally in the FMCG industry
- Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
- Salary and Allowances: Gross Monthly Salary, Meal Allowances, Mobile phone with call/data credit
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
System & Network Management
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and hardware.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure reliable connectivity across the organization.
- Security & Data Protection
- Implement firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
- Manage user access rights and permissions.
- Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery planning.
Software & Hardware Maintenance
- Upgrade and patch operating systems and applications.
- Deploy new hardware and software solutions.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets.
User Support & Training
- Provide technical assistance to staff and clients.
- Train employees on IT policies and best practices.
- Document procedures and create user guides.
