The Junior Sales officer will support the commercial team in prospecting clients, presenting recruitment and outsourcing services, and following up on leads. This role acts as the first point of contact between the company and potential clients, contributing to business growth and strengthening the brand’s presence in the HR market.

Responsabilidades
  • Identify and prospect new clients requiring recruitment and outsourcing services
  • Manage leads and sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Present company services clearly and persuasively, tailoring the pitch to client needs
  • Participate in sales meetings and prepare basic proposals under the guidance of the Sales Manager
  • Update and maintain CRM records with accurate client and opportunity information
  • Monitor sales indicators and report results to the manager.
Qualificações
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (training in Business, HR, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage)
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Portuguese and English)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, results-driven, and eager to learn.
