CBE Southern Africa is Hiriring a Logistics Officer responsible for overseeing and coordinating logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods, cost control, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role supports operational planning, monitoring logistics performance, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
Funções
- Monitor and control daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Track cargo movements and resolve any logistics issues or delays
- Ensure accurate preparation and verification of shipping and customs documentation
- Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor logistics costs and analyze expenses to ensure cost efficiency
- Maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and operational databases
- Prepare logistics performance reports and provide updates to management
Requisitos
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative support roles
- Basic knowledge of shipping, freight, or customs procedures is an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- English, Portuguese and Makonde required
