Manager – Agricultural Produce For Export Markets
Job Information

- Education: Degree in Agriculture
- Experience: More than 10 years in Agriculture Operations.
- Languages: Fluent in English & Portuguese
- Salary: Industry standard + bonus.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Identification and set up of the sourcing channel for specific produce across the country,
- Implementation of procedures starting from collection of produce up-to pre-shipment packaging
- Setting up Quality standards and TAT for each process
- Designing and planning cost effective and international standards of fair sourcing, quality checks, process controls, storage and logistics
- Studying and identification of international demand for all potential agricultural produce from Mozambique
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Ensuring the TAT for logistics and shipments
- Customer approach and acquisition plan for relevant international markets via offline and online plat-forms including presence in agricultural fairs and expos
- Collaborating with marketing team for brand development with focus on responsible sourcing practices, quality of products and reliability for fulfilling demands
