- POS Transactions Monitoring.
- Ensuring monthly targets .
- Ensure monthly activation .
- Ensure POS installation.
- Ensuring that there is no fraud.
- Ensuring merchants’ satisfaction and always proposing solutions to customers..
- Make visits to merchants.
- Collection and replacement of damaged terminals.
- Onboarding New Merchant and Business support.
- Merchant Complaints management.
Education
