Our Client is a multinational company operating in the Oil & Energy sector.
FUNCTION
Reporting directly to the to the ITS Performance and Cybersecurity Manager and Mozambique ITS Manager, the main activities of the job includes: to ensure the consistence of all the IT processes through clear and formalized IT procedures & ensure they are respected by all business entities for TEPMA1 project in all sites; ensure that all IT procedures are published & maintained up to date in CMS documentation & propose improvements; follow up performance indicators for the IS Department & monitor application of procedures; ensure that group and branch policies and procedures will be applied with complementary local ones as appropriate; hold the role of IM-L as a single point of entry for the branch information management in affiliate; deploy ECM (enterprise content management) applications, tools & projects requested by HQ; build & animate a network of information management officers within the affiliate’s entities; relays HQ referential, compliance requirement, initiatives, best practices, awareness & required trainings in information management domain to all affiliate’s employees; help business entities to keep their processes compliant, mitigates non-compliance risks whenever deviations are observed; ensures processes are in line with IT SOX control methodology and internal control rules & provide necessary periodic evidence; keep affiliate prepared for potential internal or external compliance audits; contribute to setting up a yearly communication & awareness plan to be reviewed periodically; liaise with affiliate’s Internal communication team to communicate about IT best practices, major events & awareness campaign.
Requisitos
- Degree in Information technology or a related area;
- Audit skills certification or equivalent;
- Document & Knowledge Management certification;
- Good Knowledge of IT ISO standards;
- Very good level of English (both written and spoken);
- Ability to write procedures & rules in clear & simple manner;
- Ability to research best practices, structure them and covey them to his peers;
- Excellent organizational & communication skill, rigorous and diligent;
- Ability to prepare supporting material and to speak in public;
- Good knowledge of business activities and organization;
- Living in the local area of the job will be an advantage.
