Muhlbauer ID Services GmbH is recruiting a Network & IT Field Engineer, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Installation and Support of our software solutions on the field
- Performing training at PCO and headquarter
- 1st Level technical hotline support from the PCO Hub
- Coordinate remote services with the headquarter
- Coordinate Service with customer PCO Service & report all tickets over the Service Desk
- Service Interventions across the country of Mozambique
Requisites
- Degree in the field of applied computer science or practical experience
- Experienced knowledge for server systems and backup systems
- Experience with Microsoft server operating systems, backup software and database management systems
- Conversational skills, willingness to learn and independent approach to work
- Flexibility and accuracy & team player
