We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to support our daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Office Support Team to coordinate administrative functions, facilitate internal communication, and assist with documentation and logistical needs. Responsibilities include managing office supplies, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and providing front desk support. The role also involves assisting with marketing and branding activities, including social media updates and event coordination.

Responsabilidades
  • Collaborate closely with the Office Support Team to ensure effective coordination and communication for day-to-day operations
  • Facilitate effective internal communication across departments and teams
  • Provide support to team and management with documentation and logistical needs
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, maintaining office supplies, and managing petty cash
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting rooms
  • Assist in coordinating marketing and branding activities, including social media updates, preparation of promotional materials, and supporting the implementation of company marketing initiatives and event
  • Address general inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth front desk and office operations
  • Print, scan, and file documents such as contracts, invoices, and reports as required
  • Distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing correspondence
  • Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and respond to inquiries with accurate information
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and partners in a friendly and professional manner.
Qualificações
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role
Habilidades e Experiência
  • Proficiency in English language is crucial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
