Provide day-to-day administrative support for import/export processes, including preparation and clearance of documentation through the relevant authorities, and guide and advise customers on import/export operations and regulations in line with business strategy, objectives, and corporate policies.

Key Tasks
- Support the execution of import/export processes under direct supervision to optimize service and performance.
- Perform repetitive tasks related to receiving, reconciling, and consolidating documents and information.
- Capture data, enter information into relevant operating systems, and set up master data for transactions.
- Review paperwork, update records, and assist with documentation archiving.
- Execute import/export entry filings.
- Maintain updated customer part lists.
- Provide support in operational systems as instructed.
- Perform back-office duties such as scanning, filing, and reporting.
- Collect data to prepare reports and performance updates.
- Follow defined processes, systems, and methods to deliver assigned tasks.
- Escalate recurring routine issues to supervisor when necessary.
