Qualificações
- Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
Responsabilidades
EHSE Compliance & Promotion
- Lead and enforce EHSE standards across all operational sites to ensure zero non-compliance incidents.
- Conduct regular EHSE audits, implement corrective actions, and work closely with the EHSE Officer.
- Train and monitor staff adherence to safety procedures and best practices.
Operations Oversight
- Supervise daily operations across all locations, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with company standards.
- Directly manage remote teams, ensuring productivity, quality control, and accountability.
- Conduct regular site visits to address challenges and maintain operational efficiency.
Logistics & Transportation Management
- Oversee all inland logistics and transportation to ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods.
- Manage the logistics cycle from operational sites to warehouses and from warehouses to customers/ports.
- Negotiate favorable transport and shipping contracts, ensuring cost optimization and reliability.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
Inventory & Cash Reconciliations
- Conduct regular stock and cash reconciliations at operational sites to maintain financial and inventory integrity.
- Implement controls to prevent losses, investigate discrepancies, and take corrective actions.
Quality Control & Best Practices
- Ensure adherence to quality control processes across all operations.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain high product and operational standards.
Team Leadership & Engagement
- Lead, train, and support remote and on-site teams to ensure high engagement and performance.
- Conduct frequent site visits to assess staff motivation, adherence to standards, and operational effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing training in logistics, operational efficiency, and EHSE compliance.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Regularly report on operational performance, cost optimization, EHSE compliance, logistics, and stock reconciliations.
- Analyze operational challenges and implement timely solutions.
Habilidades
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and financial acumen.
- Willingness to travel frequently to operational sites.
