We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnership Manager to drive the growth and market penetration of our digital banking platform. This role is pivotal in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic alliances with key players in the technology, fintech, retail, and telecom sectors. The ideal candidate will be a connector and deal-maker, leveraging partnerships to expand our customer base, enhance our product ecosystem, and create innovative financial solutions for the Mozambican market. Success in this role is measured by the value and scalability of the partnerships secured.

Responsabilidades
  • Identify & Develop Strategic Alliances: Proactively source, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities with fintechs, technology providers, e-commerce platforms, telecom companies, and major retail chains to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and product innovation
  • End-to-End Deal Execution: Lead the entire partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and pitching, through structuring, negotiation, and contract closure, ensuring agreements deliver mutual value and align with our strategic objectives
  • Relationship & Portfolio Management: Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of key partners, ensuring excellent communication, coordinating joint initiatives, and proactively managing performance to maximize partnership success and longevity
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Technology, Legal, and Compliance) to onboard partners, launch co-branded products or campaigns, and ensure seamless integration and operational excellence
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy: Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, digital ecosystem, and regulatory environment in Mozambique to identify trends and uncover new partnership-led business opportunities.
