CBE Southern Africa intends to recruit a Parts Seller to work in customer service, sale and organization of parts, ensuring and efficient, technical and results-oriented service.
Funções
  • Confirm customer details are accurately captured in SAP
  • Determine customers’ urgency for parts and delivery option
  • Confirm customers’ payment options
  • Interpret parts requirements for customers
  • Accurately check part numbers (SIS WEB)
  • Through SAP, check stock availability
  • Provide feedback on availability and where from Backorders Provide quotation and confirm the price-net price excluding VAT per unit
  • Create Sales Order for Customer (account and Cash Sales)- Telephone, fax, email or walk in
  • Provide customers with the correct reference number follow up on Quotations to create revenue stream
  • Provide customer with best ETA on Backorders
  • Advice customer document number for future reference and follow-up
  • Provide feedback and follow up if ETA changes
Requisitos
  • Business process knowledge
  • Basic business and financial acumen.
  • Sound HR and Employee Relations skills
  • Very good business communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP knowledge
  • Sound MS Office knowledge
  • Grade 12
  • At least 2 years’ experience in similar business
  • Attention to details must be exceptional
  • Product knowledge and passion for the BWE Brands
