JOB INFORMATION

- Industry: Primary Education
- Education: Master’s Degree in Pedagogy, Education or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in an educational leadership, pedagogical coordination, or similar role
- Languages: Fluent in English & Portuguese
- Salary: Industry standard + bonus.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Lead and continuously improve the institution’s educational programs, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning;
- Supervise, mentor, and support teaching staff while coordinating professional development initiatives;
- Monitor student performance and implement strategies to enhance educational outcomes;
- Ensure compliance with educational policies, standards, and regulatory
- Develop and execute marketing and student recruitment initiatives to increase enrollment and retention;
- Strengthen the institution’s brand visibility through promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and community engagement activities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, community partners, and prospective Families;
- Plan and manage educational, promotional, and community events, including open days, schoolfairs, workshops, exhibitions, and graduation ceremonies.
- Demonstrated experience supporting marketing, communications, student recruitment, or business development initiatives.
