The key purpose of this role is to provide support to the department managers in managing people processes; Implement the people cycle and ensure the sustainability of the VPO and DPO, conduct and manage other people processes.

 

Key outputs and responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into a clearly articulated and actionable people organization plan;
  • Lead the VPO and DPO agendas of the people pillar in the relevant departments;
  • Have knowledge and expertise in labor relations;
  • Represent the company in court whenever necessary;
  • Encourage and monitor the use of learning and development tools as well as assess skills gaps;
  • Define and review the quality of services provided;
  • Manage and monitor the cost of the ZBB & VIC, VLC people package to ensure it adheres to the budget.
  • Create a budget for the people package.
  • Plan employee training;
  • Ensure the integrity of information data in Workday.
 
 

Key attributes and competencies:

  • Have fluency in English;
  • Have analytical skills;
  • Have strong coaching and communication skills;
  • Be credible and resilient;
 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Management and/or related areas;
  • 2 years on Related Areas
