- Experience: 3-5 year’s experience as a Pizza Chef
- Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and
- English (written and spoken)
- Salary: Industry standard + bonus
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Assemble and cook a variety of pizzas using traditional and modern methods;
- Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough with consistency in size and thickness;
- Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently;
- Ensure pizzas are visually appealing and meet quality standards;
- Manage time and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment;
- Communicate effectively and work closely with the kitchen team;
- Develop and test new pizza recipes using creative combinations of ingredients;
- Monitor the freshness and quality of all ingredients used;
- Follow portion control guidelines and help minimize food waste;
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
