Our client in Maputo is looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to join their team within the travel and IT Sector.
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers alongside the Sales team to understand their technical and business requirements.
- Design and recommend IT solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Develop technical architectures and solution designs covering infrastructure, networking, servers, storage, cybersecurity, wireless technologies, hardware, and software.
- Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BoM), equipment lists, technical specifications, and compliance documentation.
- Develop technical proposals and support the preparation and submission of tenders.
- Provide technical support during sales presentations, customer meetings, negotiations, and solution demonstrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Networking, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in IT technical support, IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, or a related technical environment.
- Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, Solution Architecture, or IT Consulting is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing technical proposals, Bills of Materials (BoM), equipment lists, and technical specifications.
