PRODUCTION AUTOMATION AND DESIGNING TECHNICIAN
JOB INFORMATION
- Work Location: Matola;
- Industry: Foam and Mattress manufacturing;
- Education: Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical;
- Experience: More than 10 years in Foam andbMattress manufacturing;
- Languages: Fluent in English & Portuguese;
- Salary: Industry standard + bonus.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Well versed with CAD programs, CNC (Computer numerical control) machines and automation environment.
- Perform precise cutting, drilling, milling and other tasks with minimal human intervention.
- Designing for CNC machines as per requirements production and sales team
- Training machine operators for optimal use and keep up of machines
- Setting up standards and TAT (Turnaround Time) for each process
- Streamlining the production flow and development of BOMs (Bill of Materials) and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Routine development for cleaning and maintenance of each machine and facility
- Studying and implementation of new technology and international standards within the factory
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
