Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the project team under the guidance of the Team Leader, ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams; Prepare work plans for water supply subprojects.
  • Ensure quality management during the preparation and preparation of bidding documents in accordance with the standards.
  • Review and approve all subproject deliverables (reports, drawings, bidding documents).
  • Prepare specifications and technical contributions for contracts for the supervision of work and supply of materials.
  • Manage risks related to water supply subprojects.
  • Monitor progress, manage schedules, and create reports as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Project Management or related field.
  • Relevant degrees or certifications in project management will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in the coordination of infrastructure projects, preferably in the water supply sector.
  • Experience in the preparation and review of technical studies, drawings, reports and public specifications.
  • Familiarity with bidding processes and supervision of works financed by international donors.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary projects with local and international technical teams.
  • Excellent leadership, organization and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
