Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project team under the guidance of the Team Leader, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate and manage project teams; Prepare work plans for water supply subprojects.
- Ensure quality management during the preparation and preparation of bidding documents in accordance with the standards.
- Review and approve all subproject deliverables (reports, drawings, bidding documents).
- Prepare specifications and technical contributions for contracts for the supervision of work and supply of materials.
- Manage risks related to water supply subprojects.
- Monitor progress, manage schedules, and create reports as needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Project Management or related field.
- Relevant degrees or certifications in project management will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in the coordination of infrastructure projects, preferably in the water supply sector.
- Experience in the preparation and review of technical studies, drawings, reports and public specifications.
- Familiarity with bidding processes and supervision of works financed by international donors.
- Experience in multidisciplinary projects with local and international technical teams.
- Excellent leadership, organization and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
