The PRO Assistant supports the Public Relations Officer in managing government relations, employee documentation, permits, visas, licenses, and regulatory compliance activities. The role serves as a liaison between the company and relevant government authorities to ensure smooth administrative and legal processes.
Funções
  • Assist with obtaining and renewing work permits, visas, residence permits, and business licenses.
  • Liaise with government departments, immigration authorities, labor offices, and regulatory agencies.
  • Prepare and submit documentation required for compliance and regulatory approvals.
  • Track permit and license expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Support employee onboarding and expatriate documentation processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of legal and administrative documents.
  • Assist in coordinating official visits, inspections, and meetings with authorities.
  • Support community relations and stakeholder engagement initiatives when required.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare reports and maintain filing systems for regulatory documentation.
Requisitos
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or related field.
  • Additional training in immigration procedures or government relations is advantageous.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in public relations, administration, government liaison, or compliance support.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction, or EPC sector is preferred.
  • Knowledge of immigration and labor regulations.
  • Document management and record keeping.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Report writing and correspondence management.
