Funções
- Assist with obtaining and renewing work permits, visas, residence permits, and business licenses.
- Liaise with government departments, immigration authorities, labor offices, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and submit documentation required for compliance and regulatory approvals.
- Track permit and license expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Support employee onboarding and expatriate documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of legal and administrative documents.
- Assist in coordinating official visits, inspections, and meetings with authorities.
- Support community relations and stakeholder engagement initiatives when required.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare reports and maintain filing systems for regulatory documentation.
Requisitos
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or related field.
- Additional training in immigration procedures or government relations is advantageous.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in public relations, administration, government liaison, or compliance support.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction, or EPC sector is preferred.
- Knowledge of immigration and labor regulations.
- Document management and record keeping.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Report writing and correspondence management.
