OIL & GAS
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor of Science in Engineering, preferably Petroleum Engineering.
● Minimum 8 years of experience as QA/QC Inspector in the Oil & Gas sector.
● Senior profile: at least 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
● Subject matter expertise in Drilling, Completions, Well Interventions, Well Operations and Well Integrity, especially subsea activities.
● Strong understanding of the Quality Control process.
● Experience with liner hangers, subsea wellheads, completion assemblies, packers and safety valves.
● Experience in welding and fabrication activities.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
● Driling & Completions equipment/tools (e.g. liner hangers, subsea wellheads, completion assemblies, packers, safety valves).
● Knowledge of Quality Control processes and service center activities.
● Inspection of materials, equipment and components.
● Review of technical documentation, certificates and quality records.
● Familiarity with industry standards and specifications (API, ISO, ete.).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Ensure material, equipment and component compliance with technical and quality requirements.
● Conduct and follow up GA/QC inspections.
● Verify technical documentation, material certificates and quality reports.
● Inspect welding, fabrication, assembly and testing activities.
● Identify, investigate and support resolution of NCRs.
● Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and project teams.
● Ensure compliance with specifications, standards and project requirements.
● Maintain QW/QC records and documentation.
