Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of QHSE management systems.
- Participate in hazard identification and risk assessments.
- Assist in developing safety and environmental plans.
- Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (Mozambique HSE + Company´s standards).
- Contribute to awareness campaigns and training sessions.
- Collect and report QHSE indicators for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Engineering or science degree (mechanical, chemical, environmental, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of QHSE principles and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Motivation to learn and grow within company’s QHSE culture.
- Strong communication skills (Portuguese & English; French is a plus for company´s international scope).
