Eligibility Criteria
- Quality Inspection & Compliance: Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, fabricated components, and final, erected steel structures, ensuring they meet project specifications and codes like AWS or AISC.
- Well versed with SA Quality standards include ASTM A554 and ASTM A53/A192
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, test results, and material certifications (MTCs), preparing regular reports for management.
- Technical Oversight: Review engineering drawings, method statements, and welding procedures to prevent errors and ensure compliance.
- Safety & Process Improvement: Ensure all work meets site safety regulations, conduct audits, and analyze data to improve quality processes.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in interpreting steel structural drawings, welding procedures, and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), ASNT Level II in NDT, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
- Skills: Strong leadership, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills.
