Job Description
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence

Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations and other authorities.

Coordinate internal and external audits and respond to recommendations.
Risk Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks.

Implement action plans to reduce vulnerabilities.
Monitoring and Reporting (10%)

Prepare periodic reports on controls, soundness, and risks.

Present results to management and propose corrective actions.
Internal Control Management

Develop, implement, and monitor internal control policies and procedures.

Continuously assess the effectiveness of controls and propose improvements.
Operational Soundness

Ensure the quality and consistency of critical data and processes.

Monitor operational sound indicators and report deviations.
Training and Control of Culture
