Our Client is a multinational company operating in the Oil&Gas sector.
FUNCTION
Reporting directly to the General Services Lead and the VP Finance, the main activities of this role include: to serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately; to notify Company personnel of visitor arrival; to inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries; to direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; to operates and keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations; to support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs; to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results ad needed.
Requisitos
- At least Grade 12 or a Bachelors degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or any related fields;
- Business School training is an advantage;
- Minimum of 3 Years experience in similar positions;
- Good Literacy in Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc…);
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
- Ability to work with others departments, delivering services with quality on time;
- Initiative and problem solving skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Residing in the local area of the job will be an advantage.
