Responsibilities:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Notify Company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Operates and keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or a Bachelors degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 Years of experience in similar positions.
- Business School training is an advantage.
- Literacy in Microsoft office package.
- Fluent in Portuguese and Englis
