Responsibilities:

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
  • Notify Company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Operates and keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 or a Bachelors degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 Years of experience in similar positions.
  • Business School training is an advantage.
  • Literacy in Microsoft office package.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and Englis
