Position Details
Position: Receptionist
Age: Up to 35 years
Gender: Female
Working Location: Maputo
Working Hours: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday; 9:00 – 12:00 on Saturdays
Monthly Salary: 14000-18000MZN
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, attend to, and direct clients, visitors, and phone calls;
- Manage the drivers work schedule;
- Ensure control of office supplies (administrative materials);
- Maintain and update the administrative inventory;
- Handle interaction with administrative service providers, including follow-up and processing of payments;
- Process payments for water, electricity, and internet services;
- Monitor and ensure the renewal of vehicle licenses;
- rack and manage vehicle maintenance;
- Make hotel and restaurant reservations as required;
- Organize and maintain updated administrative records and documentation;
- Provide support in general administrative activities;
- Ensure a professional reception service and uphold the company’s image.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Dynamic, proactive, and responsible profile
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields
