ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions and hiring timelines.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial phone/virtual interviews and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments and meetings between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct reference and background checks; prepare and extend job offers and negotiate terms
  • within approved parameters.
  • Support onboarding logistics and coordinate with HR/operations to ensure smooth new-hire
  • Good knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices and ATS tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Professionalism and strong customer-service orientation.
  • Knowledge of using ERP, CRM, HRMS, MIS reporting and advance level of Excel.
