Our Client is a prestigious company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.
FUNCTION
The Reporting and Performance Officer shall be responsible for: Produce all reporting related to Local Content (quarterly reports, yearly reports, keep up to date the Local Content KPIs); Monitor Contractor’s Local Content performance and expedite their report and integrate data into the Project reporting; required, together with the Capacity Building Lead and Contract strategies Lead support on the development, update, and monitoring of TEPMA1 Local Content plan with a local content benchmark and intelligence addressing: Employment & training, Procurement of Goods & Services and Capacity building needs & opportunities; Coordinate with relevant parties the implementation and communication of projects such as, industrial baseline surveys, studies, business delegations, among others; Support TEPMA1 good HSE practices in the workplace by reporting incidents or unsafe conditions and implement mitigation actions as possible; and when required stop unsafe works being performed and advise on best practices; Project local content reporting; Support Local content team and as required other with market intelligence; Required, develop synergies with discipline leaders and main contractors to collect and share market intelligence information.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Managementand and Master’s degree being an added advantage;
- Minimum of 03 years of relevant professional experience;
- Good Analytical and reporting skills;
- Advanced excel, administration skills;
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Power BI is a plus;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken);
- Excellent communication skills, analytical mind-set, synthetic, rigorous, pro-active;
- Living in the local area of the job is an advantage.
